When a user initiates a chat session, the chatbot uses NLP to analyze the user’s message and determine their intent. It will then use a predefined set of rules and machine learning model to generate an appropriate response.
This process is repeated for each message in the chat session, allowing the chatbot to have a conversation with the user.
